All set for Indonesia 2023 FIFA U-17 World Cup

Future stars of world soccer will be on parade as the 19th edition of the U-17 FIFA World Cup commences in Indonesia.

The tournament kicks off on November 10 as some of the greatest young players on the planet attempt to usher into global stardom.

Four cities in the Southeast Asian country of Indonesia namely Jakarta, Bandung, Surakarta, and Surabaya will be the cynosure of world soccer between November 10 and December 2, 2023, as these young talents showcase their raw talents in many exciting fixtures.

A total of 24 nations will battle it out for the coveted title, with four-time winners Brazil the defending champions.

The first round of the tournament will have six groups of four countries in action, with the top two in each group, along with the four best third-placed teams qualifying for the last 16. There will be more intriguing encounters in the quarterfinals, semi-finals, third-place play-off, and the grand finale.

Group B: Spain, Canada, Mali, Uzbekistan

Group C: Brazil, IR Iran, New Caledonia, England

Group D: Japan, Poland, Argentina, Senegal

Group E: France, Burkina Faso, Korea Republic, USA

Group F: Mexico, Germany, Venezuela, New Zealand
